Vicki graduated with honors from The University of Mississippi in 2002, where she obtained a degree in Journalism with a minor in English.  She attended law school at Ole Miss, where she received the American Jurisprudence award in criminal law and was a member of The Mississippi Law Journal, Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and the Environmental Law Society.  While in law school, Vicki clerked at various law firms, gaining valuable experience in the areas of employment law and insurance defense.  Graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006, Vicki then clerked at the Mississippi Supreme Court for Justices Kay Cobb, Ann Lamar, and Jess Dickinson.


Since joining Eastland Law Offices, Vicki has recovered millions of dollars for her clients.  She has extensive experience in handling white collar criminal defense cases--especially those involving the RICO statute.  Additionally, Vicki’s experience includes developing instrumental RICO theories for the initial RICO complaint filed against BP and Transocean.  Vicki also developed the RICO theories and case on behalf of dairy farmers against Dean Foods, Dairy Farmers of America, et. al.  She has worked on numerous high profile criminal cases and additionally has experience writing writs of habeas corpus along with other appellate pleadings.  Vicki is a member of the Mississippi Bar and the American Bar Association.
